Still get the annual digital rectal exam. A few PSA tests since have been in normal range. <br /><br />The elevated PSA? I'd been vigorously fucked the evening before the first test and my prostate had been banged a bit and responded with the antigen. I didn't figure that out until after I was in the system - did I tell my urologist? <br /><br />In spite of that history this is a comment in support of the PSA test. I suffered some anguish and some inconvenience and cumming bloody sperm after a biopsy was pretty shocking even though I had been warned.
