LOL. Well, in my youth I qualified...but, as we age, there's this tendency to get a little thicker around the hips.
Maybe in USA but here in Canada and mainly for gay guys, remaining fit is almost a must..I'm 63yo and have a size 32 inches waist and this NOT under a big fat billy... LOL!!! I exercice and eat properly and with healthy food no big portions too... Cheers from «fit» Montreal gay guys..
