What Is It With James Franco?

He recently co-wrote and co-produced a porn flick (okay, "documentary") . . .

Today he Instagram-ed a pic of himself in harness w/somebody unknown wearing a Batman hood dripping cum. Is it Franco's cum? That's obviously what he wants us to think, right?
