I was born in Iowa and lived there 24 years. After that, I lived in Minnesota for 23 years. In all that time, I never once heard anyone use the word 'cornhole' in reference to a sex act. Most people on the coasts don't know what the Midwest is--or where it is--or what the people who live there think. I don't need to stereotype people on the coasts. I have been there. Thus, I know how provincial they are.
Regional differences for sure, maybe even micro-regions. I've heard "cornhole" meaning buttfuck on multiple occasions in several areas of the South, so it seemed pretty reasonable it could mean the same thing in a video about dating a Midwest guy. Sorry you were offended.
A video about dating a guy from the Midwest is not a good reference. Take the movie Fargo as an example of how Midwesterners are stereotyped in the movies. Of course that was supposed to be funny, and it is. Minnesotans tell Iowa jokes, and I laugh at them. In Iowa, it's a misdemeanor to use the word 'corn' when you're talking about sex. Iowa State had to put astroturf in their football stadium, so the cheerleaders wouldn't eat the grass. Anyway, you're right; local usage can vary from town to town. In the upper Midwest, I know of at least four different names for the strip of grass between the sidewalk and the street. Where I grew up, it's called the 'parking' ... in Minneapolis, the 'boulevard' ... and in Marshalltown, Iowa, they call it the 'terrace'. Most places in the South don't even freaking have sidewalks. In Phoenix, we don't have a space between the sidewalk and street.

It does mean that in the Mid-western states.
It's also a yard game played with beanbags... which may be what the poster meant. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cornhole
I'm going with his grin -- buttfuck.
