Is this true about Jet Blue? One time I flew to Des Moines on American, and that flight attendant kept saying he was sorry we all had to get off a plane in Des Moines--and how awful that was. I think the guy had an ex-boyfriend in Des Moines, or something. Des Moines is a lovely town. I did complain to the airline that time.
