Small Government?

After facing a backlash of criticism this week, cops and prosecutors in Manassas City, Va. have decided not to forcibly take photos of a 17-year-old boy’s erect penis to prove he sexted his 15-year-old girlfriend. They had planned to take the kid to a hospital and give him drugs to stimulate an erection, then take photos of his hard penis to compare them to the original sexting video.

Prosecutors are not dropping the case against the teen, charging him with felony counts of possessing and manufacturing child pornography for allegedly exchanging explicit photos with his girlfriend.

So if prosecutors forced this kid to take drugs, gave him an erection, and then took pics of his naked, hard dick, how different is that from making kiddie porn?
