I've watched a few episodes of the TLC reality show Welcome to Plathville about a very messed up family, the Plaths. All kinds of drama with each of the kids and parents. The second son, Micah is now a model and I assumed gay. Partly because he's so pretty, partly because his modeling is homoerotic, and partly because he shaves his armpits. My bias! I also guessed his mega-workouts and muscle development were overcompensation and to make him more sellable as a model. Maybe also to make a distinction between himself and his homophobic older brother.
Reading updates, it sounds as if he might be "gender fluid". The recent buzz about Micah is that he was photographed in drag make-up, but can't find those pics and what would it mean anyway. Whatever his true story, he's overcome a fundamentalist, home-schooled background.
I like the few shots of natural scruff more than the buffed pretty boy look.

probably egocentric and vapid as hell. Narcissism is one hell of a drug. :\
They really are messed up. All of them. Mom got pregnant out of wedlock and dropped out of college. The entire brood paid for that with homeschooling and isolation.
He seems pretty shallow in his comments but considering the fact that he was home-schooled by fundamentalists it may not be a reflection of his actual intelligence. From what I've read, he's gotten pretty far with a pretty face.
