Phenomenon?

I'm not into supernatural b.s. or "pass it on or else" b.s. but this looks like an interesting phenom -- at least a factoid . . .

UPDATE: Thanks to several quite intelligent folks, turns out it's not quite a phenomenon after all!

Fullmoonma said...: It's amazing how obviously inaccurate "factoids" occur. Every month with 31 days that starts on a friday exhibits this phenomenon. Average of once in 7 years for August - slightly over once each year for some month.; August 15, 2014 at 7:52 AM
