Le français est naturellement belle

"Beau!" "Le français est naturellement BEAU." "Belle" is only for feminine nouns, like "la française" or "la fille." On substance, I might generally agree, though I also saw an awful lot of homely guys in France when I lived there.

Yes, but it's a little play on words -- the words on the page -- so my translation is French is naturally beautiful.

If you say "le français" (meaning the words in French as opposed to the Frenchman (?) reading them, then the adjective is still "beau."

If you are fixated on using the word "belle" (even though it has exactly the same meaning as its masculine form "beau"), then you could say "la langue française est naturellement belle," because "langue" (language or tongue) is feminine.

The gender of the adjective simply HAS to agree with the gender of the noun that it modifies.

Back to my initial comment, if you saw the picture of the audience at the theatre in Paris moments before the troglodytes mowed them down (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3320420/Joyous-crowd-wave-smile-enjoy-Eagles-Death-Metal-concert-just-moments-89-murdered-ISIS-gunmen.html), it makes me want to amend what I said. By and large the victims were very handsome young men; also some beautiful girls. It breaks my heart to think that they were slaughtered by the fanatics of what Obama foolishly called the "JV team." A horrible atrocity.
