Heath Ledger

 

I'm a fan of Alexander the Great. At least some of the books about him, e.g., Mary Renault's "The Persian Boy." The movie by Oliver Stone was a big disappointment. The script was all over the place and the casting was just wrong. Colin Farrell is an excellent actor in many of his roles, but his rendition of Alexander was for crap. The late Heath Ledger would have been much better (as he would have been in "Titanic" instead of Leo DiCaprio, but that's another story). He even looked like Alexander. One of those might-have-beens.
