At the time, the Indians didn't know they were "Americans", and no documents were required of emigrants to the continent. Please... memes rarely contain any useful insight; moreover, almost always have a "sour grapes" tone that detracts from any possible point of relevance. Yes, it can be seen as tragic that a Stone Age culture was overwhelmed by Europeans who had developed vastly superior technology and created a wealth of accomplishments in arts and letters. If we had left them alone, the "Native Americans" [sic] would still be running around the empty plains with stone tools and living in tepees. The sad fact is, they were "in the way" of great economic and social advancements that have benefitted them as much as the Europeans who came here and required them to adapt.
