The Greek art? Not certain but I think it shows two runners. The ancient Greeks raced naked and tied up their genitals with a string or cord called a kynodesmē so they wouldn't swing so much while they ran. Even more, the Greeks (as well as Romans), appear to have been accustomed to cover the foreskin with the kynodesme (a band), or a fibula (a ring), as modesty demanded that the glans should be concealed. If it's not that in the image, maybe they're playing with sex toys!
