For sure, taking a shower helps to have a good hygiene and smell better BUT it's not the automatic result for everyone. I had a friend (girl) who did have a sweating issue and even after a shower she was sweating and even after putting the best anti pespirant possible. She was a very good looking woman and did get advices from many doctors and dermatologists too. Nothing to help her. I am a retired teacher and was teaching in high schools with teenagers and rarely I had some of those who didn't have a personal hygiene. Those who did smell bad were pointed by other teens to wash and put anti pespirant. To me it's case by case as no one is the same. I don't sweat much and I can skip easily two days without showering. My anti pespirant is rated to be effective for 72 hours.
