Sure looks like Dylan O'Brien. And sure looks like a real pic, not photo-shopped unless whoever did it is so good I can't tell it's a fake. Too clean and clear to be paparazzi and I don't know about any movie or tv show he's in where part of the plot is kissing a dude. If this is a look-alike, pretty damn close. Guesses?
